National OSH Month 2025 is held from January 12 to February 12, 2025. This year’s theme is “Strengthening the Capacity of Human Resources in Supporting the Implementation of the K3 Management System (SMK3)”.
This theme emphasizes the importance of increasing the competence and capacity of human resources to ensure the implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) runs effectively in various industrial sectors.
By focusing on strengthening the capacity of human resources, it is expected that the implementation of SMK3 can run optimally, increase awareness of the importance of K3, and create a safer and more productive work environment.
