Answer Your IOMU registration ticket invoice can be accessed on the website www.perdoki.or.id. Log in to your account first, then click on the my ticket menu. Next, you need to click the detail button to display the invoice and click the download menu, if necessary to save the ticket invoice.

Answer The IOMU 2026 Committee is not authorized to issue tax invoices or collect VAT/PPN. At the participant’s request, PERDOKI can provide a letter confirming its status as a Non-PKP (Non-Taxable Entrepreneur).

Answer Users can cancel orders for seminars, workshops, or training activities with the following cancellation fines:

  • 20% fine if canceled ≥60 days before event
  • 50% fine if canceled 45–59 days before event
  • 75% fine if canceled 15–44 days before event
  • 100% fine if canceled ≤14 days (no refund)

Fine exemption may apply for:

  • Hospitalization with a medical certificate
  • Death in immediate family
  • Major disaster (fire, earthquake, flood, etc.)
