No. All of our workshops is bundled with the symposium so the participants can get maximum experience and knowledge.

Your IOMU registration ticket invoice can be accessed on the website www.iomu.perdoki.or.id. Log in to your account first, then click on the my ticket menu. Next, you need to click the detail button to display the invoice and click the download menu, if necessary to save the ticket invoice.

The Committee of IOMU 2025 is not authorized to issue tax invoices or collect Value-Added Tax (VAT/PPN). At the participant’s request, PERDOKI can provide a letter confirming its status as a Non-PKP (Non-Taxable Entrepreneur) entity.

Users can cancel orders for seminars, workshops, or training activities with the following cancellation fines at the User’s request:

• A fine of 20% of the total payment fee if the cancellation is made ≥ 60 calendar days before the event date,
• A fine of 50% of the total payment fee if the cancellation is made 45-59 calendar days before the event date.
• A fine of 75% of the total payment fee if the cancellation is made 15-44 calendar days before the event date.
• A fine of 100% of the total payment fee if the cancellation is made ≤ 14 calendar days before the event date (no refund at all).

Users can apply for a fine exemption only for the following special conditions:

• Users or registered seminar/workshop participants are hospitalized due to illness and are proven by a medical certificate and/or medical resume issued by the hospital providing the treatment,
• There is grief (death) that occurs in the immediate family (father/mother, husband/wife, child, sibling/sibling),
• Users and/or immediate family experience an extraordinary event / force majeure in the form of fire, earthquake, flood, tornado and other natural disasters,

Additional Note: users are required to include supporting documents, including to include other additional documents if required by Perdoki when verifying the request for exemption from fines

All transactions on the Perdoki portal are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). You will be charged in your local currency by the bank that issued your credit card.
